Dundee Theater reopening May 28

We are pleased to share that we will begin a phased reopening of our cinemas on May 28.

The Dundee Theater's Peggy Payne auditorium will return first, with limited capacity (35%) to provide ample distancing between seated groups. We're thrilled to announce we'll reopen with Members Select winners Minari and Nomadland. For the time being, the Dundee's Linder Microcinema will continue to be available for Private Screenings only. Finally, we look forward to reopening the Ruth Sokolof Theater later this summer, with some exciting improvements.

After a 14-month closure, we are so excited to welcome you back — and so incredibly grateful for your continued support over the past year. Whether you renewed your membership, made a donation, rented a movie through Film Streams @Home, took in a private screening, ordered curbside concessions, joined us for a virtual discussion, or simply sent a note of encouragement, we have felt your support. Thank you so much.

Before your visit

Please be sure to review our Health and Safety Guidelines for details on the precautions and procedures you can expect at our cinemas, and how you can help us reopen safely and successfully.

Remember a mask. We ask that all patrons, including those who are fully vaccinated, wear face masks until they are seated in the theater and eating or drinking.

Seating: Please note that due to our lowered capacities and distancing, it may not be possible for all individuals in a group to sit together.
