An unforeseen professional conflict arose for Spike Lee that prevents him from being here on November 16 as originally planned. We’re pleased to share that the event has been rescheduled for Sunday, December 7.
Will my tickets still be valid?
Yes. All tickets purchased for November 16 will automatically transfer to the new date of December 7. You do not need to take any action if you plan to attend on the new date.
What if I can’t attend on December 7?
Please email Feature@FilmStreams.org, and a member of our team will be happy to share the options available to you. You’ll have the option to receive a refund, transfer your tickets to someone else, or convert your purchase into a 100% tax-deductible donation supporting Film Streams through our fundraiser celebration.
Will the event still take place at the Holland Center?
Yes. Feature will still be held at the Holland Performing Arts Center.
Ticketing
When and how will I receive my tickets?
Presenting Sponsors, Hosts, and Patrons: Tickets for you and your guests will be held at the event check-in table on the east side of the Holland Performing Arts Center lobby. The Host & Patron Pre-Party will begin at 5:30 pm. Unless you’ve indicated otherwise, tickets will be held under the name used to purchase.
Presentation & Post-Party Ticket holders: Your tickets will be held at the Ticket Omaha Box Office on the evening of the event.
Presentation-Only Ticket holders: Your tickets will be delivered electronically prior to the event.
How much are tickets?
Tickets for the presentation start at $35 for Film Streams Members and $50 for Non-Members. There are additional ticketing options that include pre- and post-parties, as well as a variety of sponsor and supporter benefits. Purchase on our Feature 9 page.
Do I have to be a Film Streams Member to attend Feature 9?
As a nonprofit, mission-driven organization and arthouse cinema, Film Streams relies on the support of our community to fulfill our mission and present the breadth of programming we offer across our two cinemas. Feature is a fundraising event that is deeply aligned with our mission: to enhance our community through the presentation and discussion of film as an art form. It’s an opportunity to bring together thousands of friends who share our passion for cinema, while directly supporting the work we do throughout the year.
What time does Feature 9 start?
The main presentation and centerpiece of the evening will begin at 7 pm in the concert hall.
What should I wear?
We see quite a range in dress at our Feature events, but cocktail attire is most common.
Where do I park at the Holland Center?
Event parking is available in the Omaha Park Eight garage starting two hours prior to evening performances. Omaha Park Eight is located directly north of the Holland Center at 13th & Dodge Streets with a second entrance at 13th and Capitol. You can prepay to reserve $3 event parking with the ParkMobile app (select 12th and Capitol as the location and use the 13th and Dodge entrance when you arrive). The garage also accepts cash and credit card at the gate and costs $5 on site.
Meters run 9 am to 9 pm Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are free. Accessible parking is available at the Holland Center.
How long does the Post-Party last?
The Post-Party typically starts around 8:30pm and winds down around 11pm.
