A dark indie comedy starring Adam Pally (“The Mindy Project,” “Happy Endings”) and Rosa Salazar (“Parenthood,” “Maze Runner: Scorch Trials”), Hood’s second feature film premiered at the 2015 SXSW Film Festival. In it, workaholic Kevin goes home with the beautiful train-wreck Madeline for a drunken one night stand, but he’s horrified to discover she’s actually his boss’ jilted ex-mistress. After she takes a bottle of sleeping pills, Kevin is forced to keep her awake. As Madeline and Kevin banter through the night, they begin to fall for each other. The film also features Tony Hale (“Veep,” “Arrested Development”) and Rob Huebel (“The Descendants,” “Transparent”).
