Talking Heads frontman David Byrne directs and plays tour guide in this gently surreal portrait of a town of slightly-off Texans. Byrne based his characters on odd stories he collected from newspapers, and vignettes are punctuated with original Talking Heads music, including “Wild Wild Life.”
