Our latest family-friendly series begins Saturday, January 14, with 1992’s FERNGULLY: THE LAST RAINFOREST, a magical animated feature that teaches about respect for natural resources, and the first in set of movies steeped in 90s nostalgia. Also on tap: the action-packed, jet-packed kids’ noir THE ROCKETEER; the emotionally rigorous lost-pet story HOMEWARD BOUND: THE INCREDIBLE JOURNEY; and RADIO FLYER, a heartbreaking though affirming story of resilient and ingenious brothers. This quarter’s Forever Young program will take a quick detour from the grunge era to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with DARBY O’GILL AND THE LITTLE PEOPLE.
