Tickets may be refunded up to one week prior to the screening/event date. Tickets may be exchanged for another program up to 24 hours prior to the screening start time. Within 24 hours of screening/event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. In the event that Film Streams needs to cancel a showing, we offer ticket exchanges or complimentary passes for any of our regularly priced programming.
